Clean Codebase #17

Clean the git repo and add necessary files uploaded by users, like event pics, bill pics, user pics, and MongoDB data to gitignore so that we can easily push and manage changes.

Remove the old website data folder from the git repo (put it in gitignore), after checking that it doesn't contain any important info.
