Alpha 2

Not much new this time, some minor tweaks, but groundwork is laid for more expansive things.

Spellbooks are here! Again, no way to obtain them legit yet, but they're here!

First alpha! Just some biomes for now. Groundwork is laid for more things in the future, but none of them are ready yet.

HOTFIX: Forgot to include the pack.mcmeta in the asset pack, fixed.
