feat(personal-analytics): add incremental reports and Agent insights

Summary

Add a Personal Analytics experience backed by a rebuildable incremental SQLite index over canonical task, run, attempt, and usage data.

What Changed

• Add the Personal Analytics page, navigation, responsive report layout, and task drill-down.
• Support inclusive local-date range queries without rescanning the full task history.
• Add deterministic metrics for:
  • Direct reply completion
  • Workflow terminal success
  • AUTO outer-run terminal success
  • Retries and recovery
  • Duration, tokens, tools, agents, permissions, skills, and data coverage
• Correct attempt identity, AUTO child/outer classification, date-scoped task activity, history bounds, deduplication, and aggregation.
• Add bounded semantic sampling and optional Agent-generated insights.
• Add bilingual Agent prompts under src/prompts/zh-CN and src/prompts/en.
• Update the product design and development plan documentation.

Data Integrity and Lifecycle

• Keep canonical task/run/attempt data as the source of truth; the SQLite analytics index remains rebuildable.
• Add a durable AgentInsightOperation lifecycle with revision and generation ordering.
• Handle cancellation, stale responses, repair retries, completed-cache recovery, and restart recovery.
• Share ACP lifecycle ownership to prevent late or concurrent responses from corrupting report state.

UI

• Add loading, error, empty, cancelled, and refresh states.
• Add task navigation and a compact layout for desktop and narrow windows.
• Add browser mock support and localized UI text.

Testing

• Verified /chat/personal-analytics at 1280×720 and 720×900 with no horizontal overflow, control overlap, or browser console errors

Known Baseline Issue

The full frontend suite reports 10 failures in existing Markdown/GFM editor tests. The affected implementation, tests, and dependency manifests are unchanged from origin/main; 1,592 other tests pass.
