3. Quantum Security Framework VALORAI PLUS operates under:

Primary: Post-quantum KEM (e.g., ML-KEM-768) for all off-chain attestations and internal communications.

Legacy Fallback: Classical X25519 (phased out).

Transition Doctrine (Live):

While fallback_rate < 0.05, the system is eligible to transition to Quantum-Only Mode.

Nature: An operational financial protocol.

Scope:

This protocol holds and manages live assets in its treasury.

This protocol executes live trades on-chain via automated engines.

Article II — Rights of Participants Any "participant" has the on-chain right to:

This document provides a conceptual breakdown of the crypto-economic models specified in the VALORAI Supremacy Codex. These models are implemented live by the supremacy_auto_engine.py script and on-chain smart contracts.

The goal is to provide a clear, human-readable guide to the protocol's live economic functions.

The Supremacy Lock is the protocol's live, on-chain stabilization regime. It is a system of automated scripts and smart contracts designed to ensure long-term sustainability.

Its primary components are:

1. TNAP Buyback Model (Automated Demand Sink)
2. Circuit Breakers (Volatility Dampening)
3. Macro Governor (Adaptive Yield & Emissions)

This model creates a constant, predictable buy-pressure on the token, funded by protocol revenue.

• TNAP stands for Time-Normalized Averaging Protocol. It is a variation of TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) designed to execute buy orders smoothly over a 24-hour period rather than in a single, market-moving block.

Core Formula:

Daily_Buyback_Allocation = [Revenue_Contract].claimableRevenue() * BUYBACK_RATE

Default Parameters:

• BUYBACK_RATE: 0.20 (20% of all protocol revenue)
• Implementation: The supremacy_auto_engine.py script calls execute_tnap_buyback() at a regular interval (RUN_INTERVAL_SECONDS). This function calculates the allocation for that interval, approves the DEX router, and executes swapExactTokensForTokens using the treasury's private key.

These are pre-defined safety rails to protect the protocol from catastrophic on-chain events. They are checked by the supremacy_auto_engine.py before any transaction is executed.

Triggers (Monitored every cycle):

1. Price Shock: abs(price_change_percent_60s) > PRICE_SHOCK_LIMIT (via Oracle API)
2. Liquidity Depth: [LP_Contract].getReserves() < LIQUIDITY_FLOOR (via RPC call)
3. Oracle Divergence: abs(oracle_1_price - oracle_2_price) / oracle_1_price > DIVERGENCE_LIMIT (via Oracle APIs)

Action: If triggered, the supremacy_auto_engine.py script halts all operations (buybacks, etc.) and enters a "Safe Mode" for 1 hour. This prevents automated systems from amplifying a crisis.

This is the long-term, adaptive component. It adjusts key economic parameters (like the base staking APY) based on the overall health of the treasury.

Core Logic (Checked daily):

Implementation: The run_macro_governor() function does not automatically change parameters. This is a critical safety rail. This keeps a human-in-the-loop for major economic shifts. All components are generated and pivoted to Live Operational Status. Awaiting new directives.
