Prepares the release/5.0 branch for servicing builds while preserving existing patch versions.
Changes:
- Changes the prerelease label from
previewtoservicing. - Sets stable package compatibility baselines to
5.0.0. - Sets Tokenizers and data-package baselines to
2.0.0.
