Summary
Adds Playwright coverage for configuration publishing, WebSocket reload delivery, and read-only user authorization. Adds a separate Docker/MySQL three-node cluster smoke test and a nightly workflow. Aligns the Docker UI build with Node 20.
User-facing changes
None. This adds automated verification only.
Verification
The local Docker daemon was unavailable, so the three-node container run is covered by the nightly/manual GitHub Actions workflow.
