Summary
Adds a Drone Libre archive scaffold for DJI Mini / Mini 2 repair documentation, upstream schematic archiving, source tracking, connector records, failure records, and parts/reference collection.

This does not perform a true full git mirror of
o-gs/dji-hardware-schematics. The best archive method is still a localgit clone --mirrorinto a dedicated repo so commit history, tags, and branches are preserved. These files make Ragnarok ready to act as the curated Drone Libre depot and engineering layer on top of the upstream archive.
