This PR removes the
jjx -poption, which was used for publishing a port on 127.0.0.1. I'm replacing-pwith a new option called--stable-portthat is intended for use in tests - so isn't documented inREADME.md.--stable-port <port>publishes the given port to127.0.0.220:<port>.In a future release, jjx will automatically publish ports on a loopback address, extending the port detection introduced in #130.
