This PR adds an integration test to the k8s-2-configurable stored charm. The integration test checks that we can connect to the running workload over HTTP. It doesn't add much value for this charm, but in a more complex charm we'd want to check that the workload responds correctly when the application is integrated with other applications.
The main direct benefit is that jjx will detect & report the port used to connect to the workload (after #130).
