Missing packages for VPN

OpenVPN work from the cli, but not from the GUI

Wireguard is completly missing

Issues about packages should go to seeds :)

Good, for wireguard, the missing package is just "wireguard".

For openvpn, I don't really get it, network-manager-openvpn-gnome seems to be installed?

wireguard is not just pulled by any package, so we would need to add it to the seeds if we need.

network-manager-openvpn-gnome is pulled by Network Settings:

The openvpn part is fixed with elementary/os#938

We should still install wireguard
