What is the feature about
Currently if a new signer clicks a transaction magic link, they will be prompted to first setup the Safe. We should automatically load the Safe in these cases, as the user just cares about signing the transaction.
N.B: We need to consider if we should still prompt them for some details e.g. Safe name, or if this should be added to the magic link.
