Devnet updates:

• Devnet-6 update
• Devnet-7 timeline, when can we have clients ready with it?
• EIP-7688 (Progressive containers) — Status update from Prysm/Lighthouse. What work is left before branches are done?

Other topics:

• ePBS circuit breakers — Decided in ACDC#181: client-specific implementations acceptable, track missing payloads (not beacon blocks). Terence — Prysm was using beacon-block-based breaker; needs fix to incorporate payload status (few lines of code per Terence). tbenr — Teku hasn't implemented yet. Status check: which clients have circuit breakers ready for DevNet 7/mainnet?

Glamsterdam:

• EIP-8282 (Builder Execution Requests) — Contract finalization + audit timeline. Signal when contract is final for audit (target end July, post DevNet 7).

Hegota:

• Hegota non-headliner window closing date

EIP-7723 Follow-up: Clarifications & Implementation

• Clarify EIP Status vs. Network Upgrade Stage terminology to avoid confusion. Ref: PR
• Confirm the process for removing DFI EIPs from the Upgrade Meta EIP when the Meta EIP progresses to Review status. Ref: Discussion
  • Proposal - Update EIP-7723 to clarify DFI process Ref:PR
• Correct the implementation of EIP-7723 by clarifying that Network Upgrade Stages apply only to Standards Track - Core EIPs, not to "other EIP" categories.
• Revisit the Pectra, Fusaka, and Glamsterdam Meta EIPs to align formatting and terminology with the finalized EIP-7723 process.

Authors may please take a look at open PRs, address any open requests by editors, and add approvals, if appropriate.
