redundant/missing definition of Lambda values

In files doc/sample-input/sample-hmc-quda-cscs-beverin.input and doc/sample-input/sample-hmc-quda-cscs.input, line 257/258, the value Lambda2 is set redundantly while Lambda3 is not set.

@chaoos when you have a moment could you please adjust this? There is nothing "wrong" in the sense that the CI results are correct, it's just that the input file is "misleading". When Lambda3 is properly set this will require regenerating the reference data of course.
