[eventhorizon-cli]

Redis batching does not necessarily improve performance: existing client pipelining and multiplexing can leave too little benefit to offset RequestBatcher's queueing and scheduling costs. Add this suitability guidance to the English, Chinese, and NuGet READMEs, including the impact of unsuitable settings and the need to compare throughput, tail latency, and allocations with direct client use.

Validation: Chinese technical review passed; git diff --check passed. Documentation-only change; no production code changed.
