A set-up that involves having MAME-standard CHDs in one folder, and MAME-standard oms in another folder seems to prevent Flycast from seeing the CHD files.

I would like it if there was an option to set different folders for ROMs and CHDs ROMS require, so Flycast can see where CHDs are located when loading up NAOMI files that require it.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Having Flycast be able to filter out non-compatible .chds somehow, and just requiring chds and ROM files in the same folder would work as well. If I put them in a folder with other MAME styled ROMS, then Flycast will see those non-dreamcast roms and can flood the UI with unplayable files. However, in this case the roms will seem to work as intended.
Additional context
As a side note, Radirgy seems to be labled as "Raiders" for some reason in Flycast, which seems to be a mistake.
