To start, clone the repo and git checkout starter

Then:

1. Install dependencies with mix deps.get
2. Configure your postgres user in your database files in config/[dev|test].exs
3. Create and migrate your database with mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate
4. Install js dependencies with npm install
5. Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phoenix.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.
