Room posts now yield immediately, run participant waves in the background, and re-engage the orchestrator through the invocation queue after settle or timeout. list_rooms exposes real Room handles so follow-ups can continue existing Rooms instead of creating duplicates.
read_file now defaults to a 2000-line window, truncates pathological long lines, and adds a continuation footer so large sub-1MB files do not flood agent context.
DM headers now expose Trace and Diff buttons whenever the runtime has a task, independent of live activity. Switching into a DM also selects that runtime task in the shared detail panel.
TraceRecorder now keeps a bounded per-task in-memory ring for late-open replay. trace.list serves that buffer for orchestrator session ids, and the renderer store loads those ids through IPC instead of short-circuiting.
Provider tests now track in-flight provider ids in the store. The Settings Test button disables and shows a spinner while the real provider test IPC call is running.
