Summary
This PR adds a "Show only favourites" filter to the SAM.Picker games list, letting users quickly see their favourites - as requested by issue #609.

Added SteamLibraryFavourites, which:
Used this to create a filter
All previous behaviour is untouched, and if favourites data is unavailable it shows all games as before.
This is my first PR on a public repo, any advice / criticism is appreciated!
