Cannot compile gh aw workflows with v0.93.5 #72493

I have a few workflows that used to work well with v0.88.7. I upgraded gh aw to v0.93.5 today and I cannot compile any existing gh aw workflow anymore.

Trying to compile them results in a bunch of errors like this:

CTR-002: [action-pin] Remote action or reusable-workflow reference is mutable or abbreviated; pin it to a full 40-character commit SHA at jobs.activation.steps[0].uses (script line 0)
i → Fix this configuration issue and re-run gh aw compile.

This error can even be reproduced using the workflow template in the official documentation:

1. Create an empty git workspace
2. Create .github/workflow/workflow.md
3. Copy the content of this example workflow to it: https://github.github.com/gh-aw/gallery/ai-issue-triage/#workflow-source
4. Run gh aw compile at the root of the repo and still get these error
