Fix the detection of RC prereleases. The current PHP 8.6 version is
8.6.0RC2and did not matched the case sensitive(alpha|beta|rc)expression. Using the-iflag of thegrepcommand fixes this.Use the latest commit of
xdebugmasterbranch.Builds may still fail during the
pcovextension, but there is nothing we can do on our side for this.
