ajax/treebrowse.php returns 500 and is still open without login #522

Since KB categories were removed, treebrowse.php calls KnowbaseItem::getCategoryItem(), which no longer exists. The script is still exempt from the firewall (Firewall.php:201). Remove the exemption, and the dead code if nothing else uses it.
