Anonymous FAQ tells private articles apart from missing ones

front/helpdesk.faq.php and /Knowbase/{id}/AsideActions return 404 for an id that does not exist and 403 for a private article. An anonymous visitor can count private articles. Return the same code for both cases when the session is anonymous
