- 全局设计系统重写为深色墨玉主题：墨色画布 + 三席色氛围光 + 衬线展示字体 - 侧边栏新增印章式品牌标识，导航与激活态精化 - 新建议题页增加 Hero 区（渐变标题 + 三席介绍 chips） - 全部面板/表单/徽章/按钮/图表适配深色玻璃拟态 - 修复各视图与组件中的硬编码浅色，统一为设计 token - SeatRoleCard 三席卡片组件及其设计完全保留未动
- 首页重构为「开阁呈奏」：左侧竖排「文渊合议 · 独议批议复议阁议」， 三席圆印徽章（谋/经/持 席位色光晕 + 连线），奏折式表单头（朱砂印章 + 朱红顶边） - 工作台重构为「议事堂」：议题卷轴头（朱红侧线 + 大衬线标题 + 印章状态戳 议/决/废/启）， 阶段进度改为壹贰叁肆伍陆中文数字圆章 - 三席卡片增加席位色舞台底光（不动卡片组件本体） - 历史页重构为「历议卷宗」：卷宗卡片 + 朱砂/青/灰印章状态戳 - 新增全局印章 .seal-stamp、竖排 .v-text 工具类

「文渊夜阁」深色主题 UI 重设计
以三席卡片的青/金/绯三色为基调，将整体 UI 重构为深色墨玉质感，让全息席位卡片成为视觉焦点。
改动
styles.css）：深色 token、墨色画布 + 三席色氛围光、衬线展示字体、玻璃拟态面板、微交互动效App.vue）：新增朱砂印章式品牌标识，导航激活态精化NewSessionView.vue）：新增 Hero 区——渐变标题 + 三席发光 chipsSeatRoleCard.vue完全未动：三席卡片模板、全息层、水墨背景、3D 倾斜、彩虹流光运行态全部保留验证
vue-tsc类型检查通过vite build生产构建成功共 19 个文件，+510 / -330 行。
