What changed

  • Added a concise “Why Hayate” section to the organization landing page.
  • Published the recorded same-workload cold-start, dependency, gzip payload,
throughput, and HTTP-contract figures for Hayate, FastAPI, Django, and Hono.
  • Linked the reproducible benchmark and unweighted capability matrix from the
organization profile, documentation hub, and llms.txt.
  • Kept Hono's performance advantages and Django/Hono capability advantages
explicit rather than presenting a universal-winner claim.

Why

Hayate already publishes detailed competitive evidence, but the organization
landing page did not expose it. New users and potential design partners could
see what Hayate does without seeing the measured reason to evaluate it.

Validation

  • All numerical claims match the checked-in 2026-07-27 benchmark.
  • Profile conclusions match the dated capability matrix.
  • Vendored evidence and generated compatibility drift checks pass.
  • Canonical clean quickstart passes with 14 generated-app tests.
  • Relative links pass.
  • zizmor reports no workflow findings.
