Summary

• publish the released Hayate 0.15.1, hayate-auth 0.10.1, and create-hayate 0.11.1 package set
• pin successful full ecosystem, golden app, auth security, 52-case backend, 112-case frontend, and release-provenance runs to exact commits
• vendor the exact golden-app compatibility ledger while keeping unpublished admin/htmx snapshots out of the published-package table
• normalize the public platform-package schema and repair the canonical start command
