Root Cause
The PR #27 only submits Traefik config files without the required Docker Compose configuration for Portainer and Watchtower, which are entirely absent.
Approach
Add the missing Docker Compose files for Portainer and Watchtower to the base stack, ensuring they are correctly integrated with Traefik and other services.
