Rationale

This repository contains most of the scripts needed to update the alien species portal.

Most of these scripts are automated using github actions and consist of data flows that harvest data in different sources (mainly gbif), map and clean the raw data and migrate the output data to the Amazon web service buckets of the alien species portal.
