* feat(api): OCR WebP and AVIF images image/webp and image/avif join the image format tables and the magic-byte sniff, which now supports wildcard positions for the length fields both containers carry ahead of their tags. FirePDF transcodes both to PNG before opening them, so the handoff, the image engine and parse uploads need nothing else. Fixtures: the OCR fixture as lossless WebP and AVIF on the test-site, and a tiny SVG that stands in for the rejected-format case. * test(api): drop a duplicated SVG assertion
