Motivation
When developing something on the website, it can be helpful to be able to update the gem dependencies, run jekyll locally, etc. To do this, you need extra software installed. It would be nice if the devcontainer came with all that ready to go.
Desired solution
Add to the devcontainer to install all software required to develop the website.
