This hides the 11-14 topic - as well as the 10 subtopics from the Question Finder. 11-14 content can still be found using stage - as well as the 10 subtopics from the Quiz Builder. 11-14 content can still be found using stage - from the "My Progress" page. "My Progress" doesn't have a stage filter, so it's not possible to highlight 11-14 content (nor does it present the 10 subtopics) I've checked, and - 11-14 topics still show up on the `/topics` page - 11-14 content (at least concepts, couldn't find any questions) is still findable through site search
