Don't use the artifacts.
- __cplusplus - Include in common hdr. - Compile PfUpdates regardless of whether PFAFFIAN_BLOCKED This is consistent w/ traditional Makefile.
- OMP sync problem unresolved - More problems pending
- Not tested for NQP>1
We often have the best impl of BLAS.
This is faster than partitioning the batch since it retains thickness.
Based on Nelec ~ 200.
- Strange (Complex&ABI suspected) error for skip=2 aggregate-block - Direct-block + left-looking is faster
