[12.0] web_debranding: Uncaught TypeError

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to: Settings => Users & Companies => User
2. Press Edit
3. Preferences tab
4. In Signature form go to image uploading
5. Go to Pictogram tab

as a result, an error occurs
