Consolidate validated SIMPLE-POTATO comparison analysis

Consolidate the existing circular-case comparison into one validated core, synthetic public tests, and hash-bound private replay tests. The two exploratory callers now share explicit units, status filtering, and resonance-sign handling.

Scope boundary:

• no private dataset is committed
• no AUG agreement or new physics claim
• raw same-class crossings remain diagnostics, not promoted curves

Validation:

• focused public and frozen-evidence suite: 9 passed
• independent raw-CSV statistics and crossing-count oracles passed
• ruff passed on changed Python files
• one unrelated integration failure is identical on the untouched base
