Consumer follow-up: SIMPLE #520 exposed why this must be based on libneo main; the main-line bridge preserves the APIs used by current downstream code. Matched consumer pins now point here, and this bridge consumes standalone Fortio PR #68. |

Summary
Pin every main-line libneo Fortio edge (CMake, fpm, h5merge, and Nix flake metadata) to standalone Fortio 11afd0b (lazy-fortran/fortio@11afd0b).
This is based directly on libneo main, preserving all main-line APIs used by SIMPLE, NEO-2, NEO-RT, rabe, and MEPHIT. It does not link system HDF5.
Upstream Fortio PR: lazy-fortran/fortio#68
The earlier FortFEM-specific bridge remains in PR #413; this main-line pin is the compatible consumer bridge.
