"Enhanced match" functions for features breaking backward-compatibility of pattern syntax

This would encompass #6, #7, and #8 at the very least. Probably called ematch and so forth. Would definitely return a table, never the traditional multiple returns (due to the possibility of non-matching groups).

As thought of in #4, these should accept an argument containing flags, which would control such things as UTF-8 matching, multiline, case-insensitive matching, and so forth.
