tensor_network_1d_compress: add successive deterministic compression (SDC),method="sdc"- https://arxiv.org/abs/2601.19650. As well as the oversampled variant"sdc-oversample".This has the same scaling as SRC / zipup / fit methods. Compared to SRC it typically is slightly slower but slightly more accurate and requires no randomness.
