Configurable defaults

Would be nice if I could configure defaults.

For example, git metrics show does not show anything for me, because my remote is not named origin, so I have to use git metrics show --remote myremote.

Would be nice if such things were configurable.

Actually, would be nice if I could git config metrics.defaultRemote myremote this! 😉
