  • Cache Manifest support

    Figure out the best way to generate and use HTML5 Cache Manifest files, so that PCjs machines can be run offline. See this (out-dated) sample [cache.manifest](https://github.com/jeffpar/pcjs/blob/master/apps/pc/1985/rogue/cache.manifest) to get an idea of what needs to be stored in them.

  • VGA Support

    This should be a fairly straight-forward extension of the existing EGA support.

    Why 80386 before VGA? Because 386-based systems (eg, the Compaq Deskpro 386) arrived on the market in 1986. The VGA and the PS/2 line didn't arrive until 1987.
