Updates JLine to 4.3.1, Bouncy Castle to 1.85, and CycloneDX to 3.3.0.
Verification: ./gradlew test with Java 26.0.1-amzn and Gradle 9.5.1.
JUnit 6.1.2 is intentionally not included: it reproducibly caused TSpaceTestCase.testPushExpire to fail, while the unchanged main version passes that test.
