Before the pxl clickhouse functionality was developed, there were earlier iterations included in k8sstormcenter that are no longer used. These being file source (ingesting files via PxL), sink results (pipeline visualization of PxL processing) and other support changes.

This PR removes these and also gets the release GitHub actions working.
