There is this presumed bug in Wagtail: wagtail/wagtail#5832
For example, we get an error 500 due to this at https://kausal.watch.kausal.tech/wadmin/indicators/indicator/edit/70/ because the description contains <br> within a paragraph. (Edit: Manually fixed that indicator, so the error doesn't appear here anymore.)
Strange how HTML tags that Wagtail doesn't like (even though they're legal HTML5) end up in the DB in the first place.
I'll try to ad-hoc fix affected rows manually by replacing <br> with <br/>, but it would be good to find the root of the problem.
