Logging cache hits with Pulse

I also happily use Pulse for logging our image calls, however if the image is a cache hit there is no mechanism within Nuke and Pulse to log "this network call completed with cached results". It would ultimately be desirable that the UI for this would use the views for a task entity over a plain message.

I have looked thoroughly throughout Pulse and Nuke to get comfortable with each project and it looks like this would require a fair amount of work.

Hey, that's a great suggestion. I plan to introduce something similar to URLSessionTaskMetrics in Nuke 13.1 and add first-class integration with Pulse.
