Minor layout issues in the "Patching queries and URI patterns checking" section to solve for better understanding:

• Adding a line break before "Challenge with the patching approach is two fold:"
• Adding a line break before "Options for the patching approach, in relation [...]"
• Making the "The current approach used in the “Designing NORIA” paper [...]" paragraph a part of the "Options for the patching approach, in relation [...]" explanations.

I can update this latter with an additional PR if it is more convenient.
