Add the two remaining Catppuccin dark flavors alongside the existing Mocha (catppuccin) and Latte (catppuccin-latte). Frappé and Macchiato register as dark themes and pair with Latte in light mode, mirroring the existing ayu variant pattern (secondary darks share one light). - catppuccin-frappe, catppuccin-macchiato ThemeIds + palettes; theme registry entries; pairing map entries -> catppuccin-latte
