Switch Python client to v1 and remove experiment types

Update the Python client to target v1 endpoints and remove all experiment tracking code. Per KEP-0004: "The Python library and BFF will switch to the v1 endpoints as soon as they are available, providing a seamless transition for most users."

1. Generate v1 Python OpenAPI models

• Run openapi-generator against v1 Model Registry spec

• Generated v1 models exclude all 11 experiment schemas

• Artifact models exclude experimentId/experimentRunId

• Config: clients/python/openapitools.json, build: clients/python/Makefile

• Output: clients/python/src/mr_openapi/

2. Switch client to v1 endpoints

• Update base URL from /api/model_registry/v1alpha3/ to /api/model_registry/v1/

• Update parameter names to v1 (e.g. registered_model_id not registeredmodelId)

• Update imports to v1-generated models

• Key files: clients/python/src/model_registry/core.py, _client.py

3. Remove experiment types

• Delete clients/python/src/model_registry/_experiments.py

• Delete clients/python/src/model_registry/types/experiments.py

• Remove experiment methods from core.py and _client.py

• Remove experiment imports/exports from _init _.py files

4. Update tests

• All client tests target v1 paths and parameter names

• Remove experiment-related test cases
