Bump cibuildwheel to v4.2.1, which builds CPython 3.14 wheels by default, and move the Intel macOS build from the retired macos-13 runner to macos-15-intel. Also update actions/checkout and actions/upload-artifact in the wheel job to their current major versions. The Cython extension doesn't declare free-threading support, so the 3.14t wheel cibuildwheel also builds re-enables the GIL on import. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Builds wheels for Python 3.14, as in kylebarron/pydelatin#49 and kylebarron/pymartini#50. This is separate from the modernization stack (#84–#90).
macos-13Intel runner withmacos-15-intel. Windows builds stay.cp3??t-*), which cibuildwheel builds by default. The Cython extension doesn't declare that it's safe without the GIL, so a free-threaded interpreter would turn the GIL back on at import anyway.CIBW_SKIPoverridesskipinpyproject.toml, socp38*is repeated there.checkout@v7andupload-artifact@v7.It merges cleanly with the trusted-publishing PR, which edits other jobs in the same file.
