Lapce/Floem Discord server configuration issue

I am trying to join Lapce/Floem Discord server but I am getting a notification saying You must complete few more step before you can start talking in this server and when I click complete button a window appears with submit button disabled. Please help me fixed this issue.

Check your browser settings and/or extensions if it's not blocking anything. From my side I can't do anything because registered account to an email address is the lowest security check required

I have tried two different browsers, disable all extension, remove all cookies but still submit button is disabled.

If you are the server administrator, you can disable this requirement by going to Server Settings > Safety Setup > Rules Screening and disabling the rule requirement.Could you please disable requirement for the time being. exact prcedure
You can remove this requirement for all new members through your server settings:

Disable Membership Screening (Rules Screening):
    Go to Server Settings by clicking the server name dropdown in the top-left corner.
    Navigate to the Safety Setup tab under the "Moderation" category.
    Select DM and Spam Protection.
    Locate the section labeled "Members must accept rules before they can talk or DM" and toggle the switch to Off.

I don't get this screen right now, so I can't really test, but I think you just need to scroll down the rules list to the bottom and the button will become active.
