Unable to resolve the SSL certificate error and verifying behavior with browsing the URL, an updated version of the URL has been integrated as optional parameter. Hopefully this will prevent further pull_requests, when URL changes again. Retrieving ap_c from SW-All.csv uses now 'AP1' to 'AP8' strings as keys and no integer indices anymore. Fixed that in get_sw() for NRLMSIS00.
