add build/test/run/clean commands

Thanks for a nice extension. It would be very useful to have some additional commands, especially

• dotnet build
• dotnet test
• dotnet run
• dotnet clean

So normally you have build task configured for all of those except test right? Not so sure if there is a benefit in typing dotnet build over Shift + ⌘ + B + selecting the build task, or, typing dotnet run over F5.

Any suggestions how you would add those commands?

The default C# extension creates a task for "build", but not for "test", "run" or "clean".

I agree that there's not much need for your extension to support "dotnet build" since I can simply type Ctrl+Shift+B to run the existing command "Run Build Task".

To run a C# program, I prefer not to use "Start Debugging" (F5) or "Run Without Debugging", since even that second command prints an annoying message "You may only use the Microsoft .NET Core Debugger (vsdbg) with Visual Studio Code..." and produces output in the Debug Console pane, where the output is not as legible as in the Terminal window (the text color is gray). Instead, I would rather run "dotnet run". I could create a build task for that, but it would be convenient if your plugin supported it automatically. :)

I have thought about this: The commands that are implemented so far all have arguments that are different each call. It makes sense to be able to enter those arguments via the quickpick UI. However in case of build, test, run, clean (with the exception maybe for test) you would not want to change the arguments every call. Furthermore there might be a lot of settings, e.g. environment variables, that would need to be entered. I therefore think that setting up these in the tasks.json is a much better idea.
