fix(sidebar): keep row labels after moving between monitors - #2064

Conversation
Moving a window between monitors while the sidebar was in the rail left its row labels with a 0px font once the sidebar expanded again, so they stayed blank until a restart. The rail's CSS zeroed the font of labels that the rail code already hides. Remove the rule so a hidden label never takes on that size. Refs #2063

Description
Moving the window between monitors could leave the sidebar's row labels blank until a restart. The labels stayed visible and fully allocated, but their Pango font was stuck at
0px.The cause is a rail CSS rule that set
font-size: 0on row labels.sidebar_rail.rsalready hides those labels and the device actions in the rail, so the rule was redundant. Removing it means a hidden label can no longer pick up a zero font. The exact GTK step is inferred from logs: a monitor move appears to refresh the font while the label is hidden, and GTK then doesn't correct it.The rail itself renders the same: screenshots of the rail and the full sidebar on X11 showed no pixel differences from
main. There is no automated regression test because the QA harness has a single display and can't move a window between outputs.
Visual evidence
N/A. Agents cannot upload attachments. The sidebar's appearance is unchanged; the row labels now return after a monitor move instead of staying blank.
How to test
Needs at least two monitors, with the compact sidebar turned off.
Expected result: the full sidebar returns with all row labels showing every time. Without this change, the labels stay blank and only the icons remain.
